CELEBRATION, FL — Adventures by Disney will be returning to three of Europe’s most iconic rivers for the 2024 season.

With 22 river cruise departures planned, the guided group travel company will offers sailings on the Rhine, Danube and Seine rivers. Each itinerary will offer Disney’s signature storytelling and attention to detail, provided by a team of Disney-trained Adventure Guides. On every adventure, guests can take part in hands-on culinary activities such as a traditional apple strudel tasting in Vienna or a chocolate sampling in Cologne. Most meals are provided and special activities are planned just for kids, also known as ‘Junior Adventurers.’ Optional bicycle excursions are also available.

Headlining the 2024 lineup is the new ‘Danube River Cruise: Magical Holidays,’ which marks the first time Adventures by Disney will offer a themed river cruise voyage during the New Year’s holiday. Guests board the ship in Munich before sailing to Austria where they’ll enjoy privately guided tours in Mondsee and a visit to the Benedictine Abbey in Melk. Following the Christmas holiday, guests will have time in the city of Schonbrunn, which will transform is traditional Christmas market into a special New Year’s market. From there, the voyage continues with onboard and in-town activities like ice skating in Vienna, before sailing to Hungary for tours, carriage rides and making and eating goulash.
