MONTREAL — Air Canada Vacations is promoting its new ‘Cruise Promise’: the lowest airfare for cruise packages, or ACV will pay for the flight.

“Fly and Cruise with more confidence thanks to a new feature of [our] ‘Cruise Promise’: lowest airfare,” says the company.

“If you find a flight with Air Canada or Air Canada Rouge at a lower price, we’ll pay for your flight. If you find a lower price for your cruise airfare at the time of booking with us, we’ll pay the entire cost of the flight for all passengers on the booking.”

ACV’s Cruise Promise also comes with a guaranteed return flight. “In the unlikely event that a delayed flight causes you to miss your cruise, you will be booked on the next available flight to catch up with it. We even guarantee your return flight, so if the ship is late, we’ll book you on the next available flight home. No hassles, no extra costs.”

ACV says its Cruise Promise is “friendly, flexible and lets your clients design the cruise vacation they want”. There’s no deposit required on flights when Flight and Cruise are booked up to 30 days before departure. All flights are also 100% refundable and one name change is permitted up to 30 days prior to travel. Clients can also earn Aeroplan Miles.

With Air Canada Vacations’ Cruise Promise, the only thing left for you to do is to book your clients with confidence.

With the ACV&ME loyalty program agents who book hotels, cruises, and groups to sun destinations will receive 600 points per room for packages of 7+ nights; 400 points per room for packages of 3–6 nights; 600 points per stateroom for air and cruise packages; and 300 points per passenger for Group bookings. ACV&ME loyalty points can be redeemed for Aeroplan Miles, travel vouchers or VISA cash cards.
