6 new river cruises added to Tauck’s 2024 portfolio

WILTON, CT — Tauck has announced six brand new itineraries that will be debuting in 2024, the most the company has ever added to its portfolio in a single year.

Several of the new itineraries include pre- or post-cruise hotel stays in new-to-Tauck cities like Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany and Montreux and Geneva, Switzerland. Each new river cruise will also be highlighted by an included lavish dinner ashore, with venues ranging from a Viennese palace to a Dutch castle and private island.

“We’re absolutely thrilled to be expanding our river cruise offerings in such an unprecedented way, with exciting new itineraries that will appeal to our loyal past guests and new travellers alike,” said Tauck CEO Dan Mahar.

All of Tauck’s special dining and tasting experiences are included in the price of river cruises, as are all shore excursions, gratuities, onboard beverages (including all beer, wine and spirits), airport transfers, luggage handling and more.

On all these inclusions, Mahar added: “These signature land experiences are included in our cruise prices. They feature exclusive Tauck-guided sightseeing and they boast stays at wonderful properties such as Fairmont Montreux Palace, the Riessersee Hotel in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, and the InterContinental Geneve in Geneva.”
