TORONTO — Travel Professionals International has released its first-ever e-cookbook, Travel Eats with TPI, with 100 recipes “representing the best of quarantine cooking” by TPI Advisors, supplier partners and the host agency’s head office team.
TPI CEO Zeina Gedeon says the cookbook project came together in just over eight weeks. “Breaking bread as a family or with friends is a luxury many of us took for granted until we were not able to do this. So we decided to share together while apart which led to the idea of the TPI cookbook,” says Gedeon.
Gedeon says the recipes in Travel Eats with TPI are a mix of long-time family favourites passed down for generations, and international cuisine inspired by the global travels of TPI Advisors.

TPI is using the Travel Eats with TPI project to shine a light on its corporate charity jack.org, which focuses on training and empowering young leaders to revolutionize mental health. Donations to jack.org can be made here.
