TORONTO — Ready to head into the final month of its cross-Canada tour of educational workshops, Sandals Resorts is sending out a reminder to agents that there is still limited space available for the September sessions.
Sandals is encouraging agents to register now for the informative workshops, to get a jump on the fall-winter season and to help agents take their Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts sales to the next level. During the fast-paced sessions, agents will learn how Sandals’ next level innovations translate into repeat clients and increased commissions.
Agents in Calgary and surrounding areas are encouraged to attend the Sept. 12 workshop which will feature special guests including Tammy Gonzalez, CEO, Unique Vacations, Inc.; Gary C. Sadler, Senior VP Sales, Unique Vacations, Inc. as well as the soon-to-be-announced new Business Development Manager in Alberta.
The majority of workshops take place in the morning (7:45 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.) however there two afternoon sessions (1 p.m. – 5 p.m.) in Laval and Quebec City and two evening sessions (5 p.m. – 9 p.m.) in Toronto and Ottawa. All workshops in Quebec will be conducted in French.
The workshops also fulfill the educational requirement towards becoming a Certified Sandals Specialist, as well as the maintenance requirement for agents already holding CSS status. The Sandals workshops are also ACTA-approved and each travel agent or manager who completes a workshop receives 10 credits towards their Certified Travel Counsellor or Certified Travel Manager designation.
A non-refundable fee of $40 is required at time of registration. All participants will receive a workbook, a supply of the newest collateral materials, a certificate upon completion of the workshop and an exclusive booking incentive.
Agents can register online at uvisandals.ca.
