As a VIP Corporate Travel Agent, you’ll confidently provide expert guidance and eagerly share your knowledge to perfect your clients’ travel plans. Calm, resourceful, and solutions-oriented, no challenge is too much trouble. Whether it’s suggesting a great hotel, securing the best seat on a flight, sharing insider travel tips, or ensuring a seamless journey, you’ll go the extra mile. You’ll also help clients travel within their company policies while immersing yourself in their culture.

What’s in your tool box?

  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
  • 10+ years of experience in the travel industry, including work with a TMC
  • The ability to map out a journey in your head: Airline hubs, alliances, and perks are second nature to you
  • Strong professional connections to secure perks like reserved rooms, open seats, and pre-arranged cars
  • You read travel magazines and know who “The Points Guy” is 😉
  • A personal touch: you remember client milestones like birthdays, anniversaries, and even when they get a new puppy
  • Masterful follow-up skills, knowing how much or how little to communicate with each client
  • Experience traveling to at least three continents and a bucket list you’re eager to conquer
  • Organizational skills that allow you to manage business travel chaos with lists, schedules, and precision
