Fee Structure

One-time fee to join of $595 for experienced agents or $695 for new entrants into the industry, and a monthly fee of $49 (for 70%) or $99 (for 80%). The only additional start-up cost is to activate a GDS (Nexion has them all) for agents who qualify to have one. Agents who do not use the GDS can take advantage of Nexion Canada’s SNAP! (Simple Nexion Air Program) which has no activation fee.

Renewal Process

There is no renewal process.

Fee Structure

New agents pay $499 annually and then $69 per month. Once agents hit $50,000 in commission annually they do not pay an annual fee any more. Agents who come to TTAND with $50,000 in commission pay a one-time start-up fee of $399 and then a monthly fee of $69. As long as they retain annual commission of $50,000 there is no annual fee. “We are the only ones who do this,” says Friisdahl.

Renewal Process

Agents have to give 90 days notice before the end of their agreement. TTAND sends out a reminder one month before the date. “We don’t want an agent to get stuck with us for another year if they wanted to leave. It has to be a win-win for everyone,” says Friisdahl.
