Las Vegas is a city filled with international cuisine. Everywhere you look, there is a different type of restaurant serving up delicious varieties of food. When you want to find the best hidden treasures to get a bite to eat after-hours, you turn to the locals.

The ARIA Café is a favorite for those looking for a late-night snack on the Strip. Tucked in the back of the ARIA, between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m., its late-night menu highlights everything from breakfast to a steak dinner, to a Philly cheesesteak and the signature ARIA burger.

The bar inside Yolös Mexican Grill at Planet Hollywood is open until 1 a.m. on weekdays and 4 a.m. on weekends for those searching for a late-night escape. A variety of Mexican dishes range from $15 to $25. The steak enchilada alone is worth the trip. Yolös offers a late-night menu (every night!) with $9.95 specials and $5 drinks.

Secret Pizza is a small, unmarked hub inside of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Tuesday through Thursday, passers-by can stop for a beer, glass of wine, salad or a slice of pizza between 11 a.m. and 4 a.m., and 5 a.m. on Friday through Monday. To find Secret Pizza, go to the third floor of the hotel and look for the hallway just to the left of Jaleo, and follow the smell of pizza. This place is so secretive, that besides not being marked inside the hotel, it doesn’t even have a name or a mention on The Cosmopolitan’s website. Secret Pizza is the nickname it earned from the guests.

Behind the ARIA on Dean Martin Drive in the Panorama Towers, is a bar and lounge called The Blind Pig – Provisions & Lounge. With a name like that, who wouldn’t want to check it out? Though it’s only open nightly until 11, it’s still great for a bite, where you can grab a beer and even B.Y.O.P. (build your own pizza). What else is unique? It’s not just a restaurant, bar and lounge, but a provisions market as well. Grab a stromboli to go, a pint of ice cream or even a bottle of champagne.

West Spring Mountain Road is home to locals’ favorite Pho Kim Long. This location serves some of the best Chinese and Vietnamese dishes (including Pho!) in Vegas, 24 hours a day. Nacho Daddy is also a great place if you’re in the mood for amazing Mexican cuisine or feeling a little bit adventurous. The next time you’re downtown near Fremont Street, stop by Nacho Daddy, (just blocks away on north Fourth Street between Ogden and Carson avenues) and order a scorpion shot until 11 p.m. on weekends.

Just 5 miles from Mandalay Bay, at Russell Road and South Rainbow Boulevard, sits the Illumilatte Brew Society. Open daily from 6 a.m. until midnight (except Sundays when it closes at 8 p.m.), this coffee brew house features free Wi-Fi, indoor and outdoor seating, and is wheelchair accessible. Passers-by can enjoy a late-night latte and panini in the lounge with a relaxing ambiance. Rumor has it that it also has a secret menu.

After a latte at Illumilatte, check out the T-Bird Lounge & Restaurant on West Warm Springs, just east of South Rainbow Boulevard. This small Las Vegas chain is full of comfort food, great drinks, amazing service and, best of all, it’s open 24 hours. It has a daily special, including a T-Bone dinner for $11.75 on Saturday nights. If you’re unsure what kind of drink you want, just tell the bartenders what you normally enjoy and they’ll surprise you with something new and delicious and reasonably priced.

In Henderson at Eastern Avenue and Sunridge Heights Parkway, there’s an all-American eatery called Black Mountain Grill. Specials include Wine Wednesday, where if you purchase two dinners between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m., you can add a bottle of wine for half price. The half-price, late-night menu starts at 11 p.m. and ends at 6 a.m. every night. The full menu is available all night, but the half-price menu includes the Black Mountain Burger for $5 and the Black Mountain Baby Back Ribs (full rack) for $12.50 (what a steal!).

No matter where you travel in Las Vegas, there is always a new (or long-established) restaurant waiting to be discovered as an amazing late-night escape. Happy hunting!
