4. Food is often regionally inspired (and fresh) – I particularly enjoyed the local wine pairings with dinner as we cruised through Austria’s wine country. Entertainment is also regionally inspired: at one stop, a local Bavarian band hopped aboard to entertain us with song and dance (and plenty of beer – it’s Bavaria, after all).
