From Bagan, the tour headed to Inle Lake, the second largest inland lake of Myanmar.  Villages surround this lake, with longboats being the main transportation for locals to visit markets, family, and Indein Village, a collection of Buddhist stupas. Our group stayed at the Novotel Inle Lake, a new resort property that opened last year.
