TORONTO — Vision Travel Solutions, Canada’s largest independently-owned travel management company, has launched the not-for-profit Vision Travel Foundation as part of its efforts to give back to the community.
This corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative will serve as a conduit for Vision Travel to support various social, educational and charitable activities across Canada. “Giving back has always been at the heart of Vision Travel. For the past decade, we have actively supported various social causes at a local level. Now, through Vision Travel Foundation, we are able to consolidate our efforts to make a difference on a national scale,” says Stephen Smith, Vice President Marketing Communications.
As an officially registered charity, Vision Travel Foundation can issue income tax receipts to individuals and companies that support the organization’s efforts.
