ORLANDO — Margaritaville Beach Resort at The Pointe, set to debut in 2020 in the Bahamas, recently marked its topping off celebration.
The five-star property will be an integral part of Margaritaville at The Pointe, a US$250 million, seven-acre luxury development on Nassau Harbour.
Upon completion, the 150-room resort will feature signature brand décor elements in the lobby, including a larger-than-life flip flop sculpture, luxury residences at One Particular Harbour at The Pointe, a deep-water marina and boardwalk, a waterpark, entertainment centre, upscale shopping, and signature food and beverage concepts.
Margaritaville Beach Resort will officially be a part of Margaritaville’s growing collection of hotels and resorts, which currently comprises 17 lodging locations and 24 additional projects in the pipeline.
