CHARLOTTE — When you gotta go, you gotta go…and risk getting arrested by the FBI.

A drunk passenger on a recent American Airlines flight from Chicago to Charlotte was reported to have urinated on the luggage of a fellow passenger.

According to a Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police report, a 28-year-old female victim said the intoxicated passenger soiled her carry-on luggage with urine, resulting in damages totalling approximately US$100.

FBI officials were asked to meet flight 1344 in Charlotte on March 21 to apprehend the perpetrator. However, charges have yet to be filed.

FBI’s Charlotte office confirmed to the Charlottesville Observer that the FBI was notified of the police report on Friday.
