TORONTO — Travel management company Direct Travel, Inc. has expanded its agreement with Serko Ltd. for Zeno, Serko’s travel booking and expense management solution, into North America.
The agreement now allows clients of Direct Travel and Vision Travel (a Direct Travel company) in Canada and the U.S. to book and manage trips online through the tool. Zeno is also included in the Direct ATPI Global Travel offering for multinational companies.
Through Zeno’s self-service portal for SME implementation, smaller corporate customers enjoy simple and seamless deployment of the solution. The tool also offers a pioneering user interface for desktop and mobile, and provides insights from bookings to travel bookers and category managers drive cost savings and improve their travel programs.
Travellers benefit from the tool’s consumer-grade, end-to-end travel booking capabilities and artificial intelligence (AI), used to recommend itineraries based on individual traveller preferences.
Zeno’s multi-source content engine and approach to airline ancillaries will also provide travellers with a full range of choice via NDC, GDS and direct connect content.
Travellers average a 95%+ acceptance rate of the AI-driven shortlisted itineraries with Zeno, dramatically reducing the booking time and contributing to greater adoption, increased travel program compliance, lower costs and greater visibility and control.

Effective immediately, Direct Travel and Vision Travel clients in Canada and the U.S. have the option to utilize Zeno as their travel booking and expense solution of choice. Zeno is also available to Direct ATPI Global Travel multinational mid-market clients.
