Contiki SEVEN shines spotlight on Ireland, with two weeks of deals

TORONTO — Starting today three of Contiki’s most popular Ireland trips will get the ‘Contiki Seven’ treatment with limited time savings.

The promotion, in partnership with Tourism Ireland, runs until March 31 and the savings are worth up to $250 off. The three trips are Ireland, Great Britain and Ireland and Scotland and Ireland.

Clients can also save $250 off 27 of Contiki’s other bestselling adventures until April 14, coupled with a new air deal that offers savings of $200 when the Contiki trip and flights are booked together.

Agents can also enter to win prize packs throughout the campaign on the Contiki Canada Travel Agents Facebook page and earn money as part of the revamped Contiki Rewards program. Contiki is also running a contest for a chance to win a trip plus airfare, which is open for everyone to enter.

According to figures from Tourism Ireland, Canadian visitor numbers to the island of Ireland more than tripled from 2012 to 2018 to 250,00 visitors from Canada last year, and that number is expected to grow as flights to the Emerald Isle increases.

Contiki says its eight-day Ireland trek has become one of the most requested trips out of the 350+ itineraries the youth adventure travel brand offers.
