MONTREAL — Transat is inviting winter-weary Canadians to save big on 20,000 Sun packages currently on sale.

The offer applies to South, Florida, Europe and Cruise packages booked by Feb. 18, 2019 for travel until April 30, 2019.

Departures are available from several Canadian gateways, including Calgary, Edmonton, Halifax, London, Moncton, Montreal, Ottawa, Quebec, Toronto and Victoria.

From Montreal, for example, Hotel Pelicano in Cayo Largo, Cuba is priced at $929, taxes and fees included for seven days, departing March 15, while from Ottawa, seven days at Casa Marina Reef Resort in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic is going for $1,169, departing March 29.

Cruise packages to Southern Caribbean with Costa Cruises and Pullmantur Cruises are also on sale, with prices from Montreal or Quebec City starting at $1,399, taxes and fees included.

And for those wishing to soak up some rays in Europe, Transat is also discounting Europe packages to Albufeira, Portugal and Benalmadena, Spain, with prices from Toronto starting at $1,649, departing April 2 for 15 days. Departures from Montreal are also available.
