TORONTO — The Disney Destinations sales team has a new District Sales Manager, Western Canada.

In her new post Tanya Idzan is covering a one-year maternity leave for Angela (Stecca) Cain.

Idzan has over 20 years of experience in the travel industry as a District Sales Manager and in travel agency sales. Prior to joining the Disney team she worked as a travel consultant for Epic World Travel Company. She’s also worked for Unique Vacations (Canada) as BDM for Alberta and NWT, and as Leisure Supervisor and Senior Travel Advisor for Vision Travel Solutions (formerly Farlie Travel). She was also Owner and Senior Travel Advisor for Advantage Go Travel 2000 in St. Albert, AB from 1999 to 2008.

Idzan “has both a wealth of knowledge and a passion for Disney Parks”, says Disney.  Based in Edmonton, Idzan’s responsibilities include all sales and marketing efforts with travel retailers in B.C., Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba for the Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani and Adventures by Disney.
