TORONTO — Tourism Australia (TA) has announced Corroboree West 2017, a five-day training and fam event for qualified Aussie Specialists.

The first annual Corroboree West will take place on the Gold Coast Oct. 7 – 19, 2017, and will bring together the Americas and European agents for the first time.

Some 300 frontline travel sellers from Canada and the U.S. as well as Brazil, the UK, Germany, France and Italy will have the opportunity to attend Corroboree West, flying to Australia from L.A. Applications for the event are now open.

Agents need to qualify as an Aussie Specialist before they apply.

The program will include training workshops and networking functions Oct. 9 – 14. Agents will then join post conference fam trip to experience Australia first-hand.
