LONDON — Warwick Hotels and Resorts has acquired The Capital Group, consisting of The Capital Hotel, Capital Apartments and The Levin Hotel, which are all located in London’s Knightsbridge district.

Already well established in cities such as Paris, New York, Geneva, Dubai, San Francisco and Barcelona, this is Warwick’s first foray into the London hotel market.

The Capital Group consists of 72 rooms in total. The Capital Hotel, a five-star boutique hotel, includes 49 rooms and Michelin-starred restaurant Outlaw’s at The Capital. The property is located near Harrods luxury department store. The Levin Hotel, also a luxury boutique hotel, has 12 rooms and is located in a townhouse on Basil Street in Knightsbridge. The deal also includes studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments (11 in total) in the same area.

Kate Levin will retain her position as General Manager of The Capital Hotel and David Levin will have a consultative role to Warwick.
