MONTREAL — Amr Younes has joined Luxury Retreats International as Vice President, Revenue Optimization.

Previously Younes was Vice President of Sales for Air Canada Vacations. He and COO Eamonn Ferrin left ACV in a high-profile move in May. Younes has more than 20 years of experience in the industry, with executive positions at both Air Canada Leisure Group and Thomas Cook North America.

At Luxury Retreats Younes will be responsible for the commercial strategy and development of the company including revenue management, business development, partnerships and contact centres.

Younes is also responsible for further accelerating the company’s rapid growth by building partnerships with travel agencies, wholesalers and tourism boards globally, with an emphasis on expanding new distribution channels.
