MIAMI — Celebrity Cruises is bumping up its optional gratuity amounts starting July 1.

According to reports, the cruise line will raise the amounts to US$13.50 per passenger, per day in most staterooms. For passengers sailing in Concierge and Aqua Suites, the amount is going up to $14. And for Suite passengers, the new amount will be $17, according to Travel Weekly.

Currently Celebrity passengers pay $12.95, $13.45 and $16.45 respectively.
