TORONTO — AAST Inc. has been charged with one count of operating as a travel retailer without registration contrary to section 4(1)(a) of the Ontario Travel Industry Act, 2002.

AAST Inc. was registered with TICO until Nov. 1 2012 and continued to operate after the registration was terminated. The first court appearance is scheduled for March 6, 2014 at 9 a.m. at the Ontario Court of Justice, 70 Centre Avenue, Toronto, ON M5G 1R5.
