TORONTO — The Club Med Family Fun Specialist Program has launched on Travelweek’s Learning Centre giving agents the opportunity to learn about Club Med’s commitment to family fun, while earning a change to win a 7-night trip for two to select Club Med properties.
The program explores Club Med’s family-oriented destinations, programs and activities. Agents will learn about Club Med and its all-inclusive offerings, programs specifically designed for children, how to sell the product and what resources are available to support agents.
“The Specialist Program is a complete tool for the professional who would like to know more about Club Med and increase their sales,” says Jacinda Lowry, national sales director, Club Med Canada. “We make sure to tailor our marketing trade tools in regards to the product and promotions that Club Med has identified as sales opportunities.”
Travel agents who complete the program can earn CTC credits and will be entered to win a 7-night all-inclusive trip for two to Club Med (select resorts only and terms & conditions apply). To qualify to win, agents must complete the course by May 13 – though the program will be available online until February 2015.
“The Club Med Family Fun Specialist Program is an important facet in our overall strategy to reach as many agents as possible with updated information on where Club Med is today,” continues Lowry.
To date, more than 4,000 travel agents across Canada have signed up for Travelweek’s Learning Centre. It is a one-stop-shop for travel industry education where agents can win prizes, earn CTC credits, improve product knowledge and increase the bottom line.
The Learning Centre is also currently running a promotion called Winner Wonderland, where agents will receive a $10 gift card for Travel in Gear for every course they complete between now and the end of April.
