Flair Airlines sets its expansion sights on agent bookings via GDS, but commission remains elusive

Flair’s new Orlando flights from Toronto Pearson take flight

EDMONTON — Flair Airlines’ inaugural flight from Toronto Pearson to Orlando International Airport has taken flight.

The YYZ-MCO service started Dec. 16 and joins Flair’s Kitchener-Waterloo (YKF) flights to Orlando, which began in late October. Additional routes from London (YXU) start Dec. 20 and Saint John (YSJ) on Dec. 22.

“The new direct flights from Toronto Pearson, London and Saint John, which join the recent addition of Kitchener-Waterloo, are making it even easier for Canadians to travel to the theme park capital of the world,” said Casandra Matej, President and CEO, Visit Orlando.

Eric Tanner, Flair’s VP of Network Planning & Revenue Management, added: “We’re excited to offer these direct, reliable routes at a time when travel between Orlando and Canada is most meaningful.”
