IAGTO invites industry to the biggest golf tourism event in North America

LONDON — The International Association of Golf Tour Operators (IAGTO) will host its 16th annual North America Golf Tourism Sales Convention (NAC) in Alabama next June.

The event will welcome 300 delegates from golf tourism suppliers and golf travel operators spanning 40 countries in Birmingham, AL from June 17 – 19.

Doing business is more fun with IAGTO

IAGTO, now in its 27th year, is the global trade organization of the golf tourism industry with some 2,400 member companies in 92 countries. Its 680

golf tour operators are responsible for over 90% of golf vacation packages sold worldwide, of which 336 feature, promote and sell golf vacations to and within North America.

Within the U.S. and Canada IAGTO has 120 golf tour operators, golf travel advisors and golf event organizers. The 100 or so buyers attending NAC 2025 will be split between domestic and international agencies.

During two days of pre-scheduled meetings, these golf travel specialists will meet with up to 150 golf resorts, golf clubs, hotels, DMCs and DMOs from North America, Latin America, the Caribbean, Europe and beyond.

RTJ Golf Trail at Oxmoor Valley

IAGTO welcomes applications from golf travel advisors and leisure tour operators as well as specialist golf tour operators from the U.S. and Canada, who will be hosted for up to five nights including two rounds of golf at the RTJ Golf Trail’s Ross Bridge and Oxmoor Valley golf courses.

The networking opportunities will include three evening functions – one at a rooftop bar, one at a football stadium, and a third at Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum, home to the largest motorcycle collection in the world.

Golf tourism suppliers in North America and the Caribbean are also invited to attend and to take advantage of IAGTO’s year-round membership that provides full and direct access to all of its tour operator members.
