Air Transat’s summer 2025 preview includes new Valencia route

MONTREAL — Air Transat has debuted its summer 2025 program complete with a brand new and exclusive nonstop route linking Montreal and Valencia, Spain.

This is Air Transit’s fourth Spanish destination, along with Barcelona, Madrid and Malaga.

At the peak of the season, Air Transat will offer more than 275 weekly nonstop flights to over 40 destinations from Montreal, Toronto and Quebec City.

Air Transat’s joint venture with Porter Airlines means that passengers from some 20 Canadian cities will continue to have convenient access to the Air Transat network. In addition, the company will offer two daily flights between Montreal and Toronto. It will also maintain at least five weekly flights between Montreal and Quebec City.

LONG-HAUL TO EUROPE, MOROCCO & PERU

For summer 2025 Air Transat will offer a total of 26 transatlantic destinations.

From Montreal, an additional weekly frequency will be added to Basel-Mulhouse and London.

From Quebec City, the number of weekly nonstop flights to Paris will increase to five with the addition of one frequency.

From Toronto, three weekly frequencies to Amsterdam will be added, making for daily flights.

Air Transat will also continue its long-haul offer to Lima and Marrakech. Service to Lima will be enhanced by a weekly frequency from Montreal.

The new route to Valencia from Montreal will operate once a week, on Fridays, June 20 – Oct. 3, 2025. Valencia will also be accessible from other Canadian cities with connecting flights on Air Transat or Porter Airlines.

“The addition of Valencia to our summer program, an exclusive nonstop route from the Americas, demonstrates our expertise in offering unique and diversified travel options,” said Sebastian Ponce, Transat’s Chief Revenue Officer.
