TORONTO — Azores Airlines has extended nonstop service between Montreal and Ponta Delgada (Azores) throughout the winter season.

From Oct. 27, 2024, flights between the two cities will operate twice a week, on Monday and Saturday, until March 29, 2025. 

In addition, the airline is extending direct flights between Ponta Delgada and Faro, and Ponta Delgada and Milan, also from Oct. 27, 2024 and March 29, 2025. Flights between Faro and Ponta Delgada will run on Thursday and Sunday, while flights between Ponta Delgada and Milan will be carried out weekly on Mondays.

According to the airline, these three routes, which began in April (Montreal) and June (Milan and Faro), allow the carrier to consolidate its presence in markets with huge growth potential. All three routes are now available on bookings systems.
