TORONTO — H.I.S.-Red Label Vacations Inc. (RLV) has announced changes to its executive team.

“As we embark on this exciting new chapter for H.I.S.-Red Label Vacations Inc., we understand that the right structure and a dedicated team are the cornerstones of achieving growth and profitability in the travel industry,” said Nathalie Tanious, the company’s new President and CEO.

Diane Lattavo has been named Chief Air Commercial Officer. This promotion will leverage Lattavo’s industry expertise “to propel the company’s air division to new heights,” said Tanious.

Sam Youssef, now Senior Vice President of Marketing & Partnerships, is working in an expanded role with an emphasis on innovative marketing strategies and partnerships aimed at fostering sustainable growth.

Elvi Cal, as Senior Vice President of Product & Commercial, will orchestrate seamless product development and commercialization, “ensuring a balance between quality and profitability for the company’s growth,” said Tanious.

H.I.S. Red Label Vacations Inc. also announced a restructuring of its IT department to enhance its technological capabilities. Mike Miljak has returned as Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead the department, while Domenic Maggi, Senior Director of IT Operations, will oversee all IT departments.
