BROSSARD — FlightClaim has appointed Patrick Doyle as its new Chief Commercial Officer.
Doyle brings more than two decades of experience in the travel management and corporate payments industries to his new role leading FlightClaim’s commercial strategy.
Doyle was Vice President and General Manager for Canada at American Express Global Business Travel, prior to joining FlightClaim. During his tenure, he oversaw the strategic account management, traveller care and loyalty teams in Canada. Under his leadership, American Express Global Business Travel became one of Canada’s leading travel management companies, servicing over 500 client relationships across various industry verticals.
His industry involvement also includes the GBTA Canada’s Advisory Board, member of the Board of Directors for ACTA, Hope Air’s National Advisory Council member, the Canadian Travel & Tourism Roundtable, and the Toronto Metropolitan University’s Ted Rogers School of Hospitality and Tourism Management Advisory Council.
