Canada Jetlines partners with Boom Group

Today’s the day for Canada Jetlines’ new service linking Toronto Pearson and Vancouver

TORONTO — Canada Jetlines’ new Toronto-Vancouver service takes off today.

The new, nonstop flights, first announced in October 2022, offer nonstop A320 service.

Inaugural flight events are taking place today at Canada Jetlines’ gates at both Toronto Pearson and Vancouver International Airport. Members of the Canada Jetlines executive team will be in attendance, including President and CEO, Eddy Doyle and CCO, Duncan Bureau CCO, as well as executives from the Toronto Pearson and Vancouver International Airport teams.

“We look forward to expanding our services into Vancouver ahead of the upcoming holiday travel season,” said Doyle. “As Canada Jetlines aims to provide travellers with more options, we’re excited to bring the country’s newest leisure airline to Vancouver.”

Doyle added that the new route will provide a convenient schedule for leisure travel, creating more accessible flight options within Canada and connecting the lower mainland and southern Ontario.

This is the second route for the new airline. Flights connecting Toronto and Calgary started in September. Doyle says Canada Jetlines is also seeing a lot of interest for charter flights. The carrier’s first route outside Canada, linking Toronto and Las Vegas, is expected to start in the new year.

Today’s first flight to Vancouver ushers in the launch of Canada Jetlines’ partnership with Hertz Canada, as the carrier’s car rental provider.

Canada Jetlines has also announced a partnership with Park’N Fly.

Travellers departing from one of Canada Jetlines’ major airport hubs within Canada, can take advantage of the host of services offered by Park’N Fly.

“Our team is excited to partner with Park’N Fly to offer passengers a stress-free, airport parking experience, with unparalleled service and amenities,” said Bureau. “With holiday travel in full force, we aim to create a convenient and accessible travel experience for all Canada Jetlines passengers.”

And Frank DeCesare, Park’N Fly’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing, added: “We are delighted to announce of the new partnership between Park’N Fly and Canada Jetlines which will offer convenience and value to their Canadian guests as they travel to some of their favourite destinations.”
