TORONTO — TL Network has appointed Cheryl Babulal as Sales Manager, effective Dec. 12.

Reporting to Lindsay Pearlman, Senior Vice President, Travel Leaders Network (part of Internova Travel Group), Babulal will be tasked with developing new business opportunities for TL Network Canada, with the goal of increasing volume and market share through recruiting new travel agencies into the company.

She has more than 20 years of experience, demonstrating leadership and a solid track record of success as a sales strategist in driving multimillion-dollar revenue growth.”

Babulal most recently served as Business Development Manager for Canada at Travelweek Group. Prior to that, she spent 13 years at Toronto’s Ensemble Travel Group, serving as Business Development Director – Atlantic, Manitoba and Ontario. In that role, she established and developed partnerships with more than 110 company stakeholders in Eastern Canada, consistently exceeding sales and achieving the highest sales growth in the country. She began her career as a branch manager, working for several travel companies including American Express, Thomas Cook and Sears.
