TORONTO — Jennifer Jones, an agent with The Travel Agent Next Door, is celebrating her client’s big contest win.

After 42,000 online entries, The Travel Agent Next Door has announced Jones’ client, Paul Vendetti of Ontario, as the grand prize winner of its annual customer contest. Vendetti has won a seven-day Caribbean cruise for two from Ft. Lauderdale on Celebrity Cruises, including a Verandah stateroom and complimentary air from all major Canadian gateways.

Jones was on hand to present Vendetti with his prize.

The 2021 contest was widely promoted online by TTAND agents. According to TTAND founder Flemming Friisdahl, the annual contest “works well to build each agent’s client base” and “helps our agents increase their social media presence.” He adds that even during the pandemic, the contest garnered “a lot of entries.”

Friisdahl also expressed his gratitude to Celebrity Cruises and Air Canada for offering this year’s prize.
