LA ROMANA — Casa de Campo Resort & Villas in the Dominican Republic is going above and beyond to put guests’ minds at ease with its new ‘Safe Travels Voyager Protection Plan.’

Created in partnership with Gowrie Group and AeroMD, the first-to-market plan includes 100% trip cancellation coverage, on-island primary medical care, quarantine coverage as well as AeroMD medical evacuation services. It is available immediately for guests of the hotel.

Upon booking a stay at the 7,000-acre Casa de Campo, guests have the option to add this the exclusive protection plan to their reservation, which covers cancellations for any reason. Guests can also purchase protection should quarantine at the hotel become necessary, and additional room nights will be partially or fully covered based on the selected plan.

Lastly, the plan provides coverage of premier medical evacuation services through AeroMD for any medical reason, COVID-19-related or not.

The Safe Travels Voyager plan covers COVID-19 the same as any other sickness. COVID-19 medical expenses may also be covered and treated the same as any other sickness. Gowrie Group has addressed all the new guidelines in place and will supply a VISA letter for clients when entering Customs.
