TORONTO — Pub crawls? Skiing in champagne powder? Discover a Salt Lake City you never could have imagined with a new webinar taking place tomorrow, Thurs. Sept. 9.
Presented by Michael Mack, Director of Travel Trade & Strategic Partnerships with Visit Salt Lake, along with Corey Marshall, Director for Canada, Utah Office of Tourism, the webinar will offer the latest Salt Lake City product and destination news for travel advisors and other industry colleagues.
The capital of Utah and host of the successful Winter Olympic Games in 2002, Salt Lake City has evolved into a cosmopolitan urban centre while still maintaining a small-town vibe, says Mack. The burgeoning culinary, microbrewery and micro distillery scene is attracting lots of national attention to this city, already blessed with a beautiful location at the crossroads of the Western United States.
A sure highlight for webinar participants? “Learn how your clients can drink their way through a dozen of Salt Lake’s microbreweries with one easy and affordable pass!” says Mack.
Salt Lake City is also home to a world-renowned Natural History Museum with a working dinosaur lab, the world’s largest collection of triceratops skulls and a rooftop deck with views for miles, all wrapped in a stunning architectural wonder on the mountainside overlooking the Salt Lake valley.
Visitors can also ski at over 12 world-class ski resorts, all within an hour’s drive from downtown Salt Lake.
The webinar takes place at 2 p.m. EST on Thurs. Sept. 9, 2021. Prize opportunities for participants include a Salt Lake swag bag and a $100 Amazon gift card. To register go to: https://travelweek-ca.zoom.us/webinar/register/7016281822902/WN_k11bGvlyQ4egw7JJaX-GCg
